Due to the Stage 4 Restrictions currently in place in metropolitan Melbourne, the Repair and Service Centre is closed for Australian and New Zealand customers. If the Repair and Service Centre has already received your product, it will remain there until repair services resume.
Our Customer Service team is still operating in a limited capacity and not able to take inbound calls so please allow extra time to receive a response.

When do you expect to be able to resume repair service?
Our Repair and Service Centre will remain closed until further notice in accordance with the Stage 4 restrictions in place in metropolitan Melbourne due to the COVID-19 coronavirus. What if I already sent in my item for repair?
If your item for repair is currently in transit to us, it will be received by our Warehouse team and logged into our repair system, where it will remain until repair services resume.
If I have a new repair that has not been sent, can I still ship it?
Yes. Your item for repair will be received by our Warehouse team and logged into our repair system, where it will remain until repair services resume
Can I hold onto my item requiring repair, and send when the repair service resumes?
Yes. You can send your item to be repaired now while the Repair and Service Centre is closed, or you can send your item when the Stage 4 restrictions are lifted.
What if my product’s warranty expires while the Repair and Service Centre is closed? Will I still be able to set up a repair?
Yes. If the problem is covered by either the 12 Months Manufacturer’s Warranty or a Consumer Guarantee provided the Australian Consumer Law in Australia or Consumer Guarantees Act in New Zealand, we will honour the warranty/guarantee for the additional amount of time while the repair centres are closed. If the problem is not covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty or a Consumer Guarantee, repair or appraisal charges will apply.
