No mission is too big for the tiny Pikmin!
Touch down on a world of rich adventure with Pikmin 3 Deluxe for Nintendo Switch!
Command a capable crop of tiny creatures and explore a hostile planet in this exciting blend of action and strategy. Seek out valuable items, solve puzzles and overcome powerful creatures in a richly detailed world full of surprises!
A journey gone awry!
With Planet Koppai running short of food, explorers Alph, Brittany and Charlie set out to an unknown planet called PNF-404 to seek out fruits and seeds.
In a dramatic turn of events, our heroes unexpectedly crash-land and their ship is destroyed.
These brave adventurers must now work together to collect food and repair their ship. However, they’re far from alone!
With the help of tiny, plant-like creatures called Pikmin, Alph, Brittany and Charlie can explore their newfound world…
…and even take on the dangerous wildlife that occupies the planet!
Will they be able to safely return home?
Put together a posse of up to 100 Pikmin in your daily explorations and use a whistle to call them to you. They’re obedient enough to happily follow your commands – and don’t even mind being thrown at something to get the job done!
At your command the Pikmin forces will carry heavy loads for you, break down barriers, build bridges, fight the local wildlife, and more. You can also split your crew into three squads led by Alph, Brittany and Charlie each, and switch between them to search in different directions at once – getting the hang of this will allow for efficient travels!
Know your Pikmin
You’ll need to use the unique skills of each Pikmin type to overcome obstacles and open up the diverse world around you, so pick your Pikmin wisely!
These hot-headed variants are resistant to fire and are much fiercer in battle than other Pikmin, boasting powerful attacks!
The amphibious kind, Blue Pikmin can survive both underwater and on land.
These big-eared beings can be thrown higher than other Pikmin and aren’t phased by electricity. They can also be used to break down electrified fences!
Heavier than all other types, their hard bodies can be used to smash all kinds of things.
These critters can fly, enabling them to carry things over water and lift blockades to clear paths!
Pikmin 3 Deluxe gets a dose of nifty new upgrades, from tackling the main adventure together with a friend to unearthing never-before-seen story quests!
If you need a break from your plucky adventure, more fun awaits with additional modes. Get competitive with another player in Bingo Battle, or complete unique challenges alone or co-operatively in Mission Mode – which includes all DLC from the Wii U version!
You’ll even have two additional Pikmin types at your disposal: the mighty Purple Pikmin, and the fast and sharp-sighted White Pikmin.
